Certification & Compliance
Pre-compliance, regulatory testing, and certification support for global market access
2J Antennas provides full market access support, including pre-compliance testing, product testing, documentation services, and certification assistance.
Wireless product manufacturers must comply with constantly evolving regulatory requirements and testing standards across global markets. Certification requirements vary depending on product design, functionality, and target region.
We help simplify this process by guiding customers through testing requirements and ensuring that devices meet the necessary certifications for successful market entry.
Certification Support
Obtaining certification is a critical step in bringing a product to market. However, the associated time, cost, and complexity are often underestimated.
2J Antennas supports customers throughout the certification process, helping to identify requirements early, avoid costly delays, and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Testing Services Overview
Ingress Protection (IP) Testing
Evaluates resistance to dust and liquid ingress. Products receive an IP rating according to IEC 60529, based on their level of protection against solid particles and liquids.
FCC Compliance (USA)
Required for electronic products operating at 9 kHz or higher in the United States. These requirements fall under Title 47 CFR Part 15 of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations.
CISPR 22
Defines limits and methods for measuring electromagnetic emissions. While primarily applied in Europe, similar standards exist across global markets.
Temperature Shock Testing
Simulates rapid temperature changes to assess material durability and reliability. Thermal stress can cause mechanical failure or degradation if not properly validated.
Vibration Testing
Evaluates the ability of a device to withstand mechanical vibration. This is critical for products used in mobile, industrial, or harsh environments where long-term durability is required.
