This heavy-duty ground plane independent antenna (2J7701BGF) covers all the major GNSS bands including GPS, GLONASS, QZSS and Galileo standards. Designed with hemispherical radiation pattern for 1575 MHz and 1602 MHz bands brings precise and reliable navigational positioning to urban or rural areas without interruptions. This antenna can pinpoint fixed positions quickly and accurately, especially in built-up areas where buildings may obscure the view to some GPS including high latitude areas. This antenna is designed with a pre-filter that gives an excellent out of band rejection while maintaining 28 dB @ 2.7 V GNSS active gain. Rated with 2kV ESD protection from an Electrostatic discharge (ESD) to prevent malfunction or breakdown during antenna operation.
Installation / Environmental
The cylinder shape housing (Ø 60 x 69 mm) is manufactured with heavy duty ASA material. The antenna base is manufactured with Zamak, a material known for excellent damping capacity and vibration attenuation. A TPE gasket offers flexibility, shock absorption and slip resistance. 2J7701BGF is fully IP67, IP69 and IK09 certified making this antenna fully waterproof and resistant to high temperatures, dust, and impact.
2J7701BGF comes with a screw mount that has an anti-rotation mechanism that allows for permanent and secure antenna installation. A SMA-male connector and a 300 cm long LL100 cable comes standard but we also offer a large range of alternative connectors and cables to accommodate most customization needs.
