The 4-in-1 Combination Antenna (2J7A50BGFc) is part of our “Medusa” series and offers superior performance with 2x 4G LTE/3G/2G, 2.4/5.0/6.0 GHz WIFI 6E / WIFI 7 ISM and GPS/GNSS connectivity. This wideband antenna facilitates wireless communications and navigation, allowing devices to remain online while moving through different coverage areas. 

This antenna features ground plane independence. Its broad range of capabilities makes it versatile for numerous applications.

Connection 1-2: Cellular 2x 4G LTE/3G/2G

Cables 1 and 2 provide connectivity to 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G networks, forming a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) setup suitable for various uses. These connections efficiently cover LTE and cellular frequencies between 698-960MHz, 1710-2170MHz, and 2500-2700MHz and feature a peak gain of 4.7 and a maximum efficiency of 48.2%. 

Connection 3: 2.4/5.0/6.0 GHz WIFI 6E / WIFI 7 ISM

Cable 3 is designed for LPWA devices that operate within WiFi, BT, ZigBee and ISM standards. The 2.4/5.0 GHz and the 6.0 GHz bands combine long-range, short-range, and very large capacity without competing with traffic from other devices or networks. This results in high bandwidth channels, improved security, less interference, and reduced network congestion, making it ideal for low-power home automation and monitoring applications that demand faster WiFi and consistent network availability. This connection offers up to ~4.2 dBi peak gains and a maximum efficiency of ~44.9%.

Connection 4: GPS/GLONASS

This cable is tuned with precision and reliability for navigational applications that operate within GPS, QZSS, Galileo, and GLONASS standards. With a hemispherical radiation pattern and right-hand circular polarization, cable 4 radiates on all planes and maximizes connectivity by avoiding conflict with propagating signals, penetrating obstructions, reducing dead spots, boosting throughput, and improving resistance to signal degradation caused by inclement weather conditions. Cable 4 can maintain an active peak gain of 23 dBi @ 3V/ 24 dBi @ 5V. The SAW post-filter blocks inadequate frequencies with an out-of-band rejection of ~32 dB across the 1575 – 1602 MHz bands.

Installation / Environmental

Measuring only Ø 96 x H 90 mm, the 2J7A50BGFc is protected with a lightweight, robust, and heavy-duty housing made with high-quality acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) UV stable material, known for its thermal resistant properties and a plastic antenna base. This solution comes with a screw mount antenna that can be installed indoors or outdoors. It comes with an anti-rotation mounting technology. All cables on the 2J7A50BGFc antenna have an SMA-Male standard connector, a 300cm standard LL195 cable length for the Cellular and WiFi connections, and a LL100 cable for the GPS connection. All cables and connectors are fully customizable to specific requirements. The IP67 and IP69 ingress ratings provide this compact antenna with maximum protection against dust and water penetration, while the IK09 rating adds an extra level of anti-vandal security with high impact resistance.
