The 2J7182BGF is a 4-in-1 antenna that combines high-performance Cellular 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, WiFi ISM, Tetra/UHF, GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo standards into a heavy-duty dome-shaped housing. In addition to the cellular, WiFi, and GNSS capabilities, this antenna offers access to the TETRA network that is designed for critical communication devices used in public safety, transportation, utilities, government agencies, commercial and consumer industries. With the power of wideband technology, 2J7182BGF allows for consistently higher bandwidth, resulting in faster communication speeds necessary for public safety applications.

Cellular/ LTE Antenna:

Cable 1 is designated for 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G standards and mobile data/voice devices that operate within 698 MHz to 2700 MHz frequencies. The LTE peak gain tops at ~3.0 dBi with a maximum efficiency of ~43% across all bands. The LTE band is backward compatible with existing 3G and 2G networks, resulting in low implementation costs. 

WiFi 2.4/5.0 GHz ISM Connection:

Cable 2 is reserved for 2.4/5.0 GHz ISM applications for low-power, wide-area devices that operate within WiFi, BT, ZigBee, and ISM standards. The 2.4/5.0 GHz technology allows signals to pick between long- and short-range availability, providing uninterrupted connectivity while avoiding overcrowding. Peak gain is ~5.6 dBi with an efficiency of 64%.

TETRA/UHF Connection: 

Cable 3 is dedicated to the TETRA/Ultra high-frequency band and is designed for critical communication devices that operate on 390 MHz, 420 MHz, and 460 MHz bands. With a 2.1 dBi TETRA peak gain and ~64.4% efficiency, this antenna is the most reliable communication solution for public safety applications. 

GPS/GLONASS Connection: 

Cable 4 is dedicated to GNSS and is designed to cater to GPS, QZSS, Galileo, and GLONASS standards covering USA, Europe, and Asia-Oceania regions. With high navigational precision for devices operating on 1575 MHz and 1602 MHz bands. This antenna has a GNSS voltage range of 1.5 – 3.6 V and 28 dB @ 2.7 V GNSS active gain. Designed with a pre-filter for out-of-band rejection. This powerful antenna provides quickly fixed positions accurately, especially in built-up areas where buildings may obscure the signal.  

Installation / Environmental

The elegant dome-shaped housing measures Ø 96 x H 130 mm and is manufactured with durable ASA material that can withstand temperatures ranging from -40C to +85C without compromising performance. The antenna base is made with aluminum alloy that feeds all the cables through the anti-rotation screw mount allowing for easy and secure permanent installations. With IP67, IP69, and IK09 ratings, this antenna has full water, dust, and impact resistance, making it ideal for outdoor rugged environments. 

This antenna has two 300 cm long LL195 for the Cellular/LTE, WiFi, and TETRA/UHF connections and LL100 for the GNSS and SMA-Male connectors. 2J Antennas offers various alternative connectors and cables to meet any application needs.
