The 2J7107BGF is part of the “Big-Medusa Series” and combines high performance  Tetra/UHF, GPS, QZSS, GLONASS and Galileo standards. The antenna is protected with a heavy-duty dome shape housing ideal for outdoor use. With precision GNSS capabilities and access to the TETRA network, which is designed specifically for critical communications, this antenna is ideal for public safety, transportation, utilities, government agencies, commercial and consumer industries. Designed with high gain, excellent efficiency and with wideband technology allow for consistent and faster communication speeds that are critical for public safety applications.

TETRA/UHF Connection: 

The TETRA/Ultra High Frequency cable is designed for critical communication devices that operate on 390 MHz, 420 MHz, and 460 MHz bands. With a 2.5 dBi TETRA peak gain and ~73% efficiency, this antenna is the most reliable communication solution for public safety applications. 

GPS/GLONASS Connection

The GNSS cable is designed to cater to GPS, QZSS, Galileo and GLONASS standards covering USA, Europe, and Asia-Oceania regions. With high navigational precision for devices operating on 1575 MHz and 1602 MHz bands. This antenna has a GNSS voltage range of 1.5 – 3.6 V and 28 dB @ 2.7 V GNSS active gain. Designed with a pre-filter for out of band rejection. This powerful antenna provides quick fixed positions accurately, especially in built-up areas where buildings may obscure the signal.  

Installation / Environmental

The dome shaped housing measures Ø 96 x H 130 mm and is manufactured with durable ASA material that can operate in extreme temperatures without any compromise to performance. The antenna base is made with aluminum alloy that feeds the dual cables through the anti-rotation screw mount. 2J7107BGF is fully IP67, IP69 and IK09 rated and gives this antenna complete resistance to water, dust, and impact, making it ideal for outdoor rugged environments. 

The 2J7107BGF comes with a 300 cm long LL195 cable for the TETRA/UHF connection and a LL100 cable for the GNSS connection with SMA-Male connector types. We offer a large selection of alternative connectors and cables to meet any customization needs. 

This antenna has been measured in a certified 3D Anechoic Chamber and tuned for optimal performance. All our products are designed and manufactured without hazardous materials while maintaining full REACH and RoHS compliance.
